“Normal” liturgical dancing is bad enough. But a tango..?

Dancing in front of the altar of a Catholic Church, whether it’s liturgical dancing or a romantic Argentine Tango is not appropriate. What was Cardinal Bergolio (the future Pope Francis) thinking when he permitted this?
